My Passion is Aviation!
I drove 8 hours roundtrip just to stay overnight at airports like JFK just to get close to this passion! I studied overnight at airports so I could be next to the aviation experience.
Who am I? I share a passion for aviation - I am like you.
At 5, I dragged my dad to the airport and airbases.
At 9, I used to sneak into the runway perimeter so I could catch a close glimpse of takeoffs and landings at the local airport!
At 23, I began taking photos for McGraw Hill Aviation Week & Space Technology.
At 24, I began to film and document aviation.
At 29, I founded the Aviation Data Corporation whose vision was to create visual documentaries for the aviation enthusiast public.
And, I am nothing without the support of an audience now in over 30 countries.
I am nothing without my partners, associates, and contributors who make ADC possible.
So I consider every aviation enthusiast and partner as a part of our team - Team AirUtopia.
My passion for aviation began when I was 5 years old. Throughout high school and college I
continued my relentless pursuit by traveling the world taking photos on every free occasion -
spending all the money I had. During this time, I also got accepted and began taking photos for McGraw Hill's 'Aviation Week & Space Technology' thanks to an editor named Jim Ott (currently
NE United States Contributing Editor).
I continued my passion by forming a company dedicated to bringing to the public aviation enthusiast productions.
After 9/11, I was deeply affected by the use of commercial aviation as a negative weapon bringing a negative impact to aviation perception by the global public.
As disappointed as I was, I knew that 99.9% of the world are great people - American or Arab,
Jew or Christian - and I was not about to let anything get in the way of creating even better productions with a message. I re-dedicated ADC to bring out a positive spirit for commercial aviation with a new vision.
To Pursue & Complement aviation with respect to all cultures.
Today we are dedicated to filming professional productions and bringing out the Aviation Experience. We produce a series covering the world's top air shows to top current events.
We are accepted in most of the major aviation shops to big time companies like Sony Music
Shops to Borders/Amazon booksellers, from the smallest non-profit museum to the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum.
I am humbled by all who support us - but especially by the students I have witnessed buying
our productions as they are the future and I hope to teach positive aviation experience shared
by our Team!
We will be the best in the near future at making a 'Family' of films bringing the Aviation Experience
to the world? BUT, we are not going to do this at the expense of other producer's - I strongly recommend to support all producer's which share their films on aviation. We want to be a strong positive choice - but not the only one!
ADC / AirUtopia is changing the public's outlook on aviation to being positive and thankful - one
country at a time.
